Quality Standards

PAB Organics Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified company. The Quality policy of the company deals with achieving a high degree of quality in our products and services. Our endeavor is to achieve international standards of quality, through continuous training and better assimilation of knowledge by the concerned people. 

We have a completely independent department dedicated for quality. This department comprises of

• Quality Control 
• Quality Assurance.

Our quality standards are based on the ICH Q Guidelines and to implement these standards we have a thorough training program in place.

The quality department at PAB Organics is well equipped with various instruments, stability chambers etc for the testing of our Raw Materials and Finished Products. There is also a separate area for storing of retained samples and a documentation cell for maintaining all necessary records.

We at PAB Organics aim at providing quality products and services to our customers.

Our quality assurance system ensures for the following:

• Approval and control of all the master documents such as specifications and test procedures, Production and control documents, Validation documents and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Qualification of Vendors for Starting Materials and Packaging Materials.
• Change control, deviation investigation and handling of market complaints.
• Effective implementation of GMP across the facility.
• Regular internal audits to ensure compliance of GMP standards.
• Evaluation and approval of validation protocols and reports of the manufacturing process, analytical methods and cleaning methods.
• Qualification of facility, utilities and equipment.
• Release of finished products.
• Organizing and maintaining records of training for all employees.

We have a well-equipped Quality Control (QC) laboratory, which ensures that our products are of optimum quality and that they are released only after thorough analysis as per specifications, methods and procedures developed. Our QC department has all necessary instruments for analysis of the intermediates manufactured here.
 
The QC department performs following activities:

• Sampling, testing and release of raw materials and packing materials.
• Testing and release of Finished Products.
• Testing of all in – process checks.
• Preparation of Specifications, Standard test procedures and General test procedures.
• Stability Studies
• Environmental monitoring and water analysis
• Analytical method validation

The QC activities are managed by the following:

• Wet Analysis Laboratory
